pricing policy

Any single uCardit = £5.49
2 or more uCardits in order = £4.99 each
5 or more uCardits in order = £4.49 each

Quantity discounts apply to any orders containing more than one uCardit (irregardless of whether they are duplicates or individual designs). Simply multiply the total number of uCardits in your order by the appropriate discount price.

                          e.g. for order of 10 uCardits:
                          Total price = 10 x £4.49 = £44.90

UK residents - Prices shown include VAT, postage and packing.
Non-UK residents - An additional £1.50 per order will be applied at checkout to cover shipping costs to all countries outside of the UK.
  

order process

• Click on 'saved uCardits' from the top menu
• Select the uCardit you wish to purchase and click 'add to basket'
• Select how many copies you want of that design
• Click on 'Proceed to Checkout'
• Enter a Discount Code (if you have one) and click 'Apply - ' (please see below for further information on discount codes)
• Click on 'Continue to HSBC Secure ePayments'

At this point you will leave the uCardit website and be taken to HSBC Secure ePayments to enter your card details and complete the transaction.

Once the transaction is complete, you will receive an ‘order confirmation’ email and will be redirected back to the uCardit website.

• Click on 'pending orders’ from the top menu to check the status of your order
• To view the designs and quantities in your order click 'info’
• Once your order has been dispatched it can be viewed in ‘previous orders’ from the top menu

discount codes

Any promotional discounts available can be applied to your order at Checkout.

• A valid discount code can only be used against one order
• No more than one discount code can be used against any order
• A discount code can only be used once by each customer
• Discount codes have an expiry date

delivery

UK residents - your uCardits will be dispatched by 1st class Royal Mail postage, and within 48 hours of confirmation of order.   Pricing shown throughout the website includes delivery.

Non-UK residents - your uCardits will be dispatched by Airmail, and within 48 hours of confirmation of order.  We understand that delivery may take up to five working days from dispatch.  (Please note:  a delivery charge of £1.50 per order will be applied at checkout for all non-UK orders). 

Unfortunately, from time to time we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to unavoidable circumstances, in which case we will advise you at the earliest opportunity. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to either:

1. have the products sent as soon as they become available, or
2. to cancel the order.

returns

We aim to deliver uCardits of the highest quality. If you receive goods that are not satisfactory or have been damaged in transit, please contact us and return the uCardits as soon as possible (and within 14 days of receipt). We will then credit your account or re-dispatch as appropriate.
